About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our premium Melbourne office.


Our Service Desk team are the first port of call for any customer enquiries and issues relating to technology for all KWM Partners and staff.

Along with being the front line for the Melbourne office, the team also collaborates with our Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth Service Desk teams to provide a high quality of technical support and client service nationally.

Key duties will include:

  • Taking first line calls from Partners and staff and troubleshooting issues to come to a timely and effective resolution
  • Logging tickets and managing them effectively
  • Setting up and configuring new software and hardware, ensuring 100% functionality
  • Managing IT equipment relocation and set up with meticulous accuracy

What experience are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Service Desk or Help Desk role, providing Level 1/2 support
  • Working knowledge and experience of Windows 10 and Office 2019/ Microsoft 36
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external clients, in person and over the phone
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting experience
  • The ability to work autonomously and also collaboratively within a small team environment
  • Possession or progression towards ITIL v3 or v4 certification or a Microsoft certification is desirable
  • You will be passionate about delivering high quality IT support to your customers and be willing to further develop your skills to assist you in achieving this goal
  • You will be a positive team player, who has flexibility, energy, initiative and a "can do" attitude, who values open communication and rapportbuilding with clients
  • Exposure to a legal or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
