Maven is looking for mission-driven, empathetic
Surrogacy Coach in Australia or the Philippines to support our members through virtual care services.
As a Maven provider, you will:
- Support and coach members on issues including:
- Surrogacy process and what members can expect
- Counsel on establishing relationship with Gestational carrier
- Interstate surrogacy
- Overview of expenses that they can anticipate
- Grief counseling for members who can't conceive on their own
- Egg and sperm donation
- Refer to external organizations and resources that may be helpful for them (e.g. Fertility IQ, Men Having Babies, resolve, Family Equality, etc.)
- LGBTQIA+ couples
Time Commitment: 45 minutes per week, with potential to increase in the future
We're looking for you to bring:
- Experience with international surrogacy navigation is required, with a particular focus on Asia / Oceania
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
- Passion for women's and family health
- Fluency in English (required)
