Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and priming as necessary.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Tritoflex Applicator.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with sprayapplied liquid membranes.
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation and waterproofing techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and project drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Additional certifications in waterproofing or related fields.
  • Experience with other liquid membrane systems and waterproofing products.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

Pay:
$ $45.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
