To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous Experience Working in a Premium Dining Restaurant
  • Ability to 3 Plate Carry and Tray Service of Drinks
  • Good availability including Nights, Weekends and Public holidays
  • Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages including Beer, Wine and Spirits
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Eager to Learn
  • Good Time Management and Reliable
