The Bega Graduate Experience


We are in high growth mode at the Bega Group, we need ambitious and determined graduates to join our dedicated workforce, qualified and available to start a permanent role in September 2023.

Bega graduates will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills. You will be a valued member of each team throughout the program and engage in challenging and meaningful projects. Our expert leaders will be your ongoing mentors, ensuring you have the tools and training to achieve set goals.

You will also have the support of a dedicated buddy to ensure you are taking advantage of every opportunity and making the most of the program.

As a Finance Graduate, you will:

  • Gain experience in rotations of Transactional services, Financial Controls and Operations
  • Learn how to business partner closely with key functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value, reduce cost, increase efficiency, and set priorities for the function
  • Work with functional stakeholders in support of business cases to provide data and insights
  • Gain exposure to large business reporting, budgeting, forecasting and contribute to managing month end process
  • Position is based in Docklands, VIC 3008 alternatively, it can be based in Tatura, VIC 3616 or Bega, NSW 2550
