THE ROLE:

This role offers a hands-on learning experience with potential for career advancement within the company.

  • Key Responsibilities:_
  • Travel to client locations to perform installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring effective solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate field operations and project implementation.
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities and manage inventory accurately.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
  • Respond to emergency callouts and manage basic administrative tasks.
  • Deploy remote updates to mobile and fixed devices for customers.
  • Qualifications:_
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma of higher; relevant technical certifications preferred.
  • Two (2) years of proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role is desirable.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
  • General knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical
  • Concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to various client sites.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if required.
  • Engineering degree in electrical or electronic engineering
  • Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security
  • Physical Requirements:_
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
  • Comfortable working from heights and in various environmental conditions.
  • Willingness to travel interstate and overseas if required.
  • Certifications (required):_
  • Cisco Certified Cyber Operations
  • Cisco Routing and Switching
  • Network Security Associate NSE 1 and NSE 2

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

  • Salary Package: $85,000 (Including Superannuation)
