Are you an administration and customer service superstar? genU are looking for an experienced administrator who is customer focused and loves to problem solve.

The role of the
Administration Officer is to provide timely and accurate administrative support to staff and the many programs delivered at genU's
Eric Hart Centre.

The Eric Hart Centre organises allied health care so that clients can continue to stay independent in their daily life.

As the
Administration Officer you will undertake day-to-day administration duties, provide friendly service to visitors and callers, and work collaboratively with other staff members to problem solve and implement actions to enhance the centre's services.

_ This is a Part-Time Ongoing position. Located in Lara, VIC._

About You:

Our ideal
Administration Officer is a clear communicator who is able to quickly build rapport with people of all abilities You will be self-motivated and be able to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You will display excellent organisation skills and be technology savvy.

• Essential Requirements:_
• Extensive experience in administrative procedures;
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
• All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process.
