Be a part of DT Infrastructure'stransformative journey with as we embark on new projects in the Pilbara. Due to our growth, we are seeking expressions of interest for Superintendents to join the team on a FIFO basis.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring team members understand organisational objectives, their part in them and are focused on development/delivery of their own relevant plans.

About the role

  • Day to day management of the workforce under direct and indirect control.
  • Investigation and assistance with engineering technical issues.
  • Participate in the performance management program through formal and informal performance reviews.
  • Mentor and develop Supervisors.
  • The application of Quality, Environment and Safety Procedures to all projects.
  • The handling and resolution of queries from suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including people, plant and machinery resources.

About you

  • Understanding and ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
  • Proven leadership ability, ideally 5+ years supervisory site based experience.
  • Management of large work forces on and off site.
  • Demonstrated experience planning up to 4 weeks ahead and monitoring of resources within area of accountability.
  • Conduct own work and teams according to site Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
