THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to Group Supply Planning Manager, CSR are searching for a Network Planner to join our team for a 12 month contract based in North Ryde.

This role sits within CSR's newly created centralised Supply Chain division.

The role specifically supports the Networking planning for one of our very popular building materials and could lead to a permanent role for the right person.


About the role:

Lead the execution of Inventory optimisation initiatives within the network.
Partner with distribution staff, customer service staff, production planners and production staff to resolve operational issues on sites.
Review monthly distribution requirements and proactively recommend strategies to:
Minimise excess stock.
Minimise inventory shortages.
Monitor stock levels and rebalance where appropriate.
Identify inventory policy violations.
Track STOs and ensure timely delivery to customer sites.
Track Inventory performance against KPIs.
Manage SAP purchase order and STO details to reflect any changes.

About you:

A minimum of three (3) years professional experience in supply chain planning.
SAP Experience is essential.
Previous experience of first principal inventory management methods required.
Numerate and systems literate.
Exposure to S&OP / IBP environment.
Good planning and organising skills, combined with strong attention to detail.
A team player, able to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally to a senior level.
