An opportunity exists to join the Infinite family as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This exciting role is responsible for ensuring that all residents in the facility receive high quality clinical care.

Using your clinical expertise you will have the responsibility for leading our passionate and like-minded team to ensure the care needs are managed within the facility and that resourcing, documentation and assessments are in alignment with best-in-class clinical practices.


  • About You_
  • You will have an innate empathy for our residents and be committed to continually improving the quality of clinical care provided to them
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of clinical assessments, care plans, funding and accreditation compliance and documentation
  • Engaging style that has ability to easily influence and develop clinical leadership skills across the clinical care team in an aged care environment
  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Div 1 with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • High level of computing skills to ensure that documentation and reporting requirements can be maintained in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements
  • A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that has a passion for leading clinical outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and have a balanced and level headed approach to emergency and stressful situations that arise
  • Post graduate qualifications in aged care would be advantageous but not essential
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and evidence of your Covid Vaccinations
