You will receive thorough orientation training and continuous professional development opportunities, including specialist training, shadowing experienced Disability Support Workers, and the chance to obtain industry-recognized qualifications.

We invest $5,000 in training for you in your first year.

Currently, we have casual positions available in Ryde and the Northern Suburbs operating 24/7. Candidates from Ryde and the Northern Suburbs are preferred.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support in a group home environment
  • Assist clients with daily activities, personal care, medication, and manual handling
  • Empower clients to make decisions and enhance their independence skills
  • Encourage client engagement in the community
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Transport clients using CPA vehicles as needed

Requirements:

  • Preferably hold a current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
  • Reside locally in the Ryde Area
  • Must be triple COVID-19 vaccinated
