Northern Beaches Hospital, Frenchs Forest is looking for competent and experienced Supervisors to join the team. If you are passionate about leading and motivating your team to provide excellent service in the Guest Services department, we have a full-time Wardsperson Supervisor position available for you.

In this role, you will focus on fostering a positive team culture and developing a team that contributes to exceptional care and customer service for our patients and visitors.

Northern Beaches Hospital, part of Healthscope, offers a 490-bed facility catering to both private and public patients. Located in the heart of Sydney's Northern Beaches, the hospital emphasizes work-life balance and professional growth for its staff.

Key responsibilities for the Supervisor role include:

  • Ensuring high service standards are maintained
  • Planning and assigning work tasks
  • Motivating, training, and supporting staff
  • Overseeing daily operations and scheduling
  • Maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards

HOURS : This role requires 76 hours/fortnight availability, including shifts between 7am to 3pm from Monday to Sunday.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality
  • Knowledge of relevant quality and safety standards
  • Proven track record in team development and customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
