Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Provide accurate information about Harbour Town, including store locations, operating hours, and promotions.
- Assist with customer inquiries, addressing their needs or redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing appointments.
- Support the management team with various tasks, including coordinating events and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of information and customer assistance.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of incoming calls and visitors.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
