About the Role
Hollywood Private Hospital is seeking an experienced
Clinical Coder to join our expanding Health Information Services team. As a Clinical Coder, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate abstraction and assignment of inpatient episodes.

About You

  • Experience coding independently in a tertiary or secondary hospital
  • Completion of a recognised Coding course or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of casemix and Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG)
  • Demonstrated good understanding of anatomy, physiology, diseases, and pathological processes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement activities.

Remuneration:
Salary commensurate with experience
