Cluster Manager

An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Cluster Manager for our client's vibrant NSW showrooms Reporting directly to the State Manager, you'll be at the helm of Bathurst, Orange, and Dubbo showrooms, providing day-to-day support and leadership to the Management and Retail teams.

About the Role:

As the Cluster Manager, your home base will be in Orange, with travel to other locations as needed. This role is perfect for an experienced retail manager looking to level up and manage multiple sites.

About You:

• You're an experienced senior retail manager with a proven track record in hitting KPIs and leading teams, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
• You have a passion for home décor and design, and you genuinely enjoy helping customers create their dream living spaces.
• A background in furniture is a plus, but not essential.
• You're positive, results-driven, and always eager to learn.
• Your excellent communication skills make you a hit with both internal and external customers.
• Experience with Pronto is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
• You're ready to travel and occasionally be away from home for work.
