Exciting Opportunity
In this 12-month Fixed Term Contract role, the People & Culture Manager will create a solid operational foundation for the People & Culture function. This position will concentrate on business enablement, operational excellence, risk management, project management, and service delivery with a focus on P&C processes and systems.
You can make a difference by:
- Executing the enablement roadmap to implement the HR strategy in alignment with the overall business plan and strategic direction
- Collaborating with the wider P&C team and business SMEs to gather requirements and efficiently manage projects
- Supervising internal/external service providers to efficiently deliver BAU and project-related activities
- Leading enhancements and ensuring successful project implementations.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous experience in an HR Operational and/or Advisory role, along with a genuine understanding of how systems, data, and technology can bolster business objectives. Having a background in working with and improving HRIS systems such as Workday is highly advantageous. You should be highly knowledgeable about systems with the ability to creatively navigate them, identify efficiencies, and troubleshoot issues. Coupled with your stakeholder engagement abilities, you should present exceptional structured project management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes. To thrive in this role, you should bring an analytical, inquisitive, investigative, and process improvement mindset.
