We're in the business of doing something different. We're looking to make a positive change and reinvent the whole glasses experience.

We make our own frames in a universal shape from our HQ in Sydney to a rainbow of colours that are totally modular and recyclable.

We are on the hunt for passionate, experienced dispensers who are interested being part of this positive change.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing the most personal, and kind customer service imaginable
  • Optical dispensing, including recommending lenses, taking spectacle measurements and interpreting prescriptions
  • Fitting and edging lenses onsite
  • Administration and general retail duties including maintaining customer records, placing and fulfilling orders, stock control, keeping the store neat and tidy, cashing in and out and opening and closing the shop.
  • If you see a problem, fix it and who knows, you could be our next GM

You are:

  • Experienced in an optical retail environment
  • Aligned with our vision and interested in being a part of Dresden's vision of putting people and the planet
  • Able to communicate well, with compassion and warmth and have fun at work
  • Able to work Saturdays
  • Craving a busy work environment where everyday is a bit different
  • Technical aptitude and problem solving skills
