Your new role

  • Positioned in major Australian cities like Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, reporting to the local Survey Coordinator
  • Opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects with exposure to various survey equipment
  • A dynamic surveying role that involves problem-solving across different projects
  • Focusing on leadership and staying updated on emerging technologies, especially in general surveying
  • Prioritizing safety and compliance with Safety Management System and client requirements
  • Engaging with customers on spatial issues during on-site visits
  • Working closely with team members and potentially training junior staff
  • Providing administrative support such as timesheets, invoicing, and quality assurance records
  • Delivering professional results to clients and Job Managers

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in engineering and construction surveys in Australia/NZ
  • Familiarity with Leica instrumentation, AutoCAD software, and Terrestrial Laser Scanning
  • Proficiency in survey techniques, equipment, and software systems
  • Strong communication skills for client consultations
  • Experience in construction set-out and on-site leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or TAFE Diploma in Surveying
  • Valid driver's license and work rights in Australia
