Acciona has been selected by TfNSW to design and deliver the Singleton Bypass, which includes the construction of a new single lane highway, upgraded local intersections and improvements to commute times through the area.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you are responsible for managing the implementation and administration of the contractual arrangements and commercial procedures for the Project in order to facilitate the best possible project outcomes in cost, quality and schedule.
Your key objectives are, but not limited to:
- Assist with procurement by preparing and managing contracts, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place and obtained for all contracts awarded
- Prepare and manage subcontractor and consultant contracts ensuring forms and commercial terms are incorporated and provide advice accordingly
- Support the Commercial Manager on all potential contract risks/opportunities
- Monitor contract deliverables and ensure they are received in a timely manner and are approved by the appropriate project person
- Prepare internal management reports and reports on dispute status
- To be considered for this role, you have strong skills in MS Office and can demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
This role can be based out of Sydney or Central Coast region, however will require to be based on site when the site office is established in July/August.
