We currently have opportunities to join ongoing rosters in

Villawood and Appin.

Components of the supports include in-home support. personal care, social engagement, and community participation. Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.

About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values:

In addition to our values, our support staff require

mandatory compliance:

6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker

Experience working with clients with physical disabilities and Autism

Experience working with nonverbal clients (preferred
but not essential)

Relevant tertiary qualification

Driver's License & Car

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Manual Handling Certificate

Medication Certificate

Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
