About the role
The Supply Chain Business Partner will be responsible for end-to-end demand planning and purchasing activities for their respective Category. This position will involve working closely with Category
- and Sales teams to deliver an accurate forecast and demand plan, lead monthly Integrated Business Planning meetings, and manage purchasing activities with our global supply partners. This position will work closely with various departments, including category, logistics, and sales, to ensure the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Duties
Reporting to the Source & Supply Chain Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • End-to-end demand planning and forecasting for your dedicated Categories
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and improve overall business / category objectives and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with category and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of supply chain activities and meets delivered in full (DIF) targets
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and costsaving measures.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers / stakeholders to develop demand / supply planning activities to ensure optimum inventory positions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on supply chain metrics and performance.

What you will bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the hardware retail industry.
  • Sound knowledge and execution of endtoend purchasing activities.
  • Proven Purchasing and inventory management expertise
  • Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations and driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
