About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations/Sales Support Consultant to join our Travel & Experiences team.

You will be responsible for enhancing the satisfaction of our members and guest, assisting to deliver great travel experiences with bookings across RACV leisure and tourism products.


This could be just the right role for you?
Working in our dynamic and professional team of travel experts, you will report to the Central Reservations Manager, and your key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Manage bookings and update reservations
  • Attend to enquiries of new reservations, booking maintenance and escalations
  • Upsell, cross sell and promote products across all our RACV 10 resorts & clubs as well as our broader portfolio of travel products
  • Report on sales, call centre performance and contribute to sales targets

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous experience in a travel, reservations or sales support based role
  • Someone who can handle high volume calls with approx. 8090% of the day will involve telephone sales and customer service consultation
  • Opera and GDS knowledge is highly regarded
  • Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
  • An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Previous experience working in a KPI driven environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
