The role:
As the Civil Supervisor, you will be leading and managing day to day site operations and overseeing all on-site teams. Working closely with the Project Manager your duties will include but not limited to,
  • Managing project requirements to meet program timelines, budgets, safety requirements and quality expectations
  • Coordinating tool-box meetings with onsite teams
  • Leading & Coaching all personnel on site including subcontractors
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Monitoring Safety & Environmental protocols
About you:
To be successful within this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience within a Civil Construction environment, ideally knowledge of multi-disciplinary projects and Infrastructure works.

In addition you will have the following key skills & experience,
  • Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices and policies
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Leadership capability (ideally with qualifications such as Cert IV in Frontline Management)
  • Commitment to quality standards and meeting project expectations including financial/ budget requirements
