BuilderSupervisor

The Builder/Supervisor is needed to offer services, such as quotations, in the specific area for providing and installing minor modifications. Responsibilities include giving advice to clients and Occupational Therapists, attending home visits for major modifications, and sourcing/overseeing subcontractors for major modifications to ensure quality, effectiveness, and cost efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

• Prioritize, schedule, and complete work as per customer requirements.
• Supervise and perform tasks related to major modifications with relevant tradespeople.
• Execute work for minor modifications.
• Provide quotes for relevant work.
• Prepare documentation like job sheets and purchase orders in line with LiveBetter procedures.
• Ensure building works comply with Australian Building Standards and other statutory requirements.

• Current Builders Licence.
• Minimum Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
• Demonstrated experience in managing building sites and supervising other trades on site.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work to the required quality standards.
• Current Australian drivers' licence.
• First aid and CPR Qualification.
• Current White Card.
• Current Qualified Supervisor Certificate or ability to acquire one.

Applicants must undergo and pass a National Criminal Check, obtain an NSW Working With Children Check, and an NDIS Worker Screen Clearance. The application process involves a pre-employment wellness check, including drug and alcohol screening.
