Your new company

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance (Excavator) Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of all maintenance tasks relating to Middlemounts Excavator fleet.

Your new role

  • Lead by example in this handson role, coordinating the safe and costeffective maintenance of all equipment, including documentation and reporting
  • Ensure maintenance and repairs are executed within safety, time and cost requirements
  • Accurately record the daily activities and maintenance tasks
  • Report directly to the Project Manager
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and effective, high performing teams
  • Focused on continuous improvement, with ability to lead teams to develop and implement solutions
  • Promote and maintain a positive safety culture and record within the team
  • Be flexible with work hours, with the ability to workday and night shifts
What you'll need to succeed

  • Must have extensive experience supervising Excavator Fitters, ideally working with Liebherr machines
  • Trade certificate in Plant Maintenance or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams


 Current Mining Supervisor
  • G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3)
  • Current Carry out the Risk Management Process
  • G2 (RIIRIS402D)
  • Current Standard 11 & Drivers Licence
