About this opportunity


We are rapidly growing in this industry, as part of this growth our
South East Queensland team has an opportunity for blast crew positions to deliver quality blasting services to quarry, construction and forestry customers.

These positions are located at
Stapylton, however you may be required to travel from time to time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General labouring work
  • Setup of exclusion zones with signs
  • Follow all instructions on blast site from shotfirer and/or supervisor
  • Housekeeping of the site and equipment
  • Strictly comply with Impact safety culture and standards in designated area
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time by a supervisor/manager

The successful applicant will have:

  • Australian Open Class manual drivers licence
  • Ability to use computer and operating system
  • Ability to walk, carry and bend for long periods of time
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in the quarry / or mining industry desirable
