THE ROLE


We are now recruiting for an energetic and dedicated night owl with exceptional customer service skills to join our fun and friendly team as a
Night-Shift Concierge Attendant based at our
Mount Pritchard venue
.


As a Concierge Attendant, you will be the face of our front line and will have the opportunity to work across diverse environments.


More specifically, some duties may include:

  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service in line with Mounties Group Values.
  • Maintain legislative requirements including club entry, RSA and RCG standards
  • Provide our customers with friendly informed directions and assistance
  • Sell and promote club memberships, entertainment and events

ABOUT YOU
To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

  • Previous experience within the hospitality or a customer focused role is highly desirable
  • Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • A willingness to build longterm relationship with our customers
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Full availability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends and
    commitment to work across a rotating night shift between 5:00pm and 5:15am:
  • Current NSW RSA and RCG (or willing to obtain
