Doctors will be employed by a major health service in Canberra, ACT.

The Hospital:
Is a tertiary level centre with 672 beds and caters to a population of about 550,000.

The Location:


Australia's capital city, is located 280km south west of Sydney and 660km north east of Melbourne with great transport links to both.

ACT Health recruits RMOs to various hospitals in the network.

All RMOs are allocated rotations within the ACT Network.

Rotations may include:

  • Emergency Medicine
  • Various Medical specialty rotations
  • Palliative Care
  • Rehabilitation
  • Various surgical specialty rotations

Mandatory:

  • An Australian MBBS medical degree, or equivalent
  • Provisional or General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • UK doctors finishing FY2 this year are encouraged to apply. (482 SPONSORSHIP Available).
