The Role | Finance Director Reporting

  • Prepare, monitor and assess customer and product P&L, offering recommendations to boost sales department profitability
  • Manage the trade budget system, overseeing and analyzing customer deductions
  • Review new customer agreements, advising the sales team on profit margins
  • Maintain trade budget expenses and promo activities in the ledger
  • Track sales and marketing strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness; conduct post-audits on major trade investments
  • Contribute to annual budgeting, providing insights on trade budget management and promos
  • Assist in financial audits with documentation on trade budget and promo expenses
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards
  • CA/CPA certification required
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
  • Skilled in Management Accounting and collaborating with non-finance teams
  • Experience in an internationally operating company is a plus
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a team environment
