As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the clinic's prosperity by overseeing patients' treatment plans, online inquiries, interacting with prospective patients, and organizing appointments based on the outlined plan. Comprehensive training will be provided, and the successful candidate must exhibit strong prioritization skills to manage daily tasks autonomously while spearheading efforts to drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential patients to identify their dental needs and address any concerns.
  • Provide details on treatment alternatives, expenses, and financing options. Familiarity with Humm finance is advantageous.
  • Promptly and professionally follow up on online inquiries.
  • Transform dental treatment proposals into confirmed appointments.
  • Arrange and set up appointments for dental procedures.
  • Occasionally, be prepared to undertake any additional duties delegated by the dental practitioners or The Area Practice Manager.
  • Meet the designated KPI benchmarks for treatment conversions at each Clinic.
