As a key member of this team, your role is quite simple. Provide support to the existing experienced Financial Planners. This firm is really open minded when it comes to employing Para Planners. They are happy if you simply want to stay at this level and be part of this great team. Alternatively, if you are eager to progress your career over time, you will be encouraged to achieve your goals. Many of the current Financial Advisors have started in the Para Planning team.
It is evident that you will be provided with a high degree of autonomy when it comes to creating SoA's that meet the needs of the client.
Most of the SOA's you will be involved may include strategic tax and retirement planning along with investment and insurance advice It is also great to hear that the Senior Financial Planners actually encourage your contribution as they are the first to admit to "not knowing everything".
As the firm believe strongly in support, you will find when it comes to producing documentation and chasing up product information, you can rely on the administration team to help out.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity it will be essential that you have acquired relevant qualifications (Diploma or Advanced Diploma).
A high level of personal presentation coupled with strong communication skills is mandatory.
Remuneration & How To Apply
A highly competitive and flexible salary package will be made available to the successful applicant. As a guide only, a salary in the range of $75,000 to $90,000 could be expected.
