_About the Job:
_

  • Responsible for running all all subcontractors
  • Coordination of goods, timely deliveries, and logístical considerations, including storage.
  • Be able to set out, deal with the builder
  • Drive project punctuality to ensure project completion on schedule.
  • Strengthen health and safety practices.
  • Supervise craftsmanship quality
- covering the plastering, metal framing, cladding, set out, grid & carpentry.

_About You:

  • Have 3 projects experience
  • Open to all Foremen that have a proven record and experience
  • Good work history / longevity with reputable construction firms
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proactive approach to health and safety protocols.
  • Commitment to seeing the deal through to completion.
