As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service and showcasing a love for the brand. You will lead by example, coaching and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand standards. This role requires strong people skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for women's fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and styling expertise.
  • Coach and mentor sales associates to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Assist with training new hires and conducting ongoing training sessions to ensure staff are up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products and create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and inventory counts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in women's fashion.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
