We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join one of our government clients for an immediate start.


The Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the L&D team to gather information regarding availability and validity of trainings records
  • All relevant data is to be updated into Thrive
  • Coordinating all L&D training enquires, requests and record management
  • Set up of filing system on River
  • Move all files from P&C drive into River
  • Support obtaining USI, qualifications, licenses and tickets from the business across all sites
  • Manage and participate in HR and L&D related projects / duties as allocated

Experience needed

  • Previous experience with L&D
  • Computer literacy skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with experience using LMSs
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience in dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
