What does a normal day in the life of a Store Manager look like?

  • Provide leadership inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training
  • Ensure all customer are provided expert and unmatched service every time
  • Meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Assisting on driving instore promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain stock management/Inventory control

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in a retail management environment
  • A strong understanding of technical challenges
  • Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • A highly driven, selfmotivated approach
  • Required to work weekends
  • Strong ability in selling
  • High attention to detail and well organised
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical terms
  • Enjoy and thrive in Multitasking and problem Solving
