Flip Out Derrimut is seeking the services of an experienced Store Supervisor to manage and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.

  • A drive to build and develop a dynamic team of employees following mandatory Franchise Operations Manuals.
  • Ability to report to the manager and franchisees.
  • Proven experience in supervising a team and lead by example yourself.
  • Able to drive and understand word, excel, team's intranet and point of sale.
  • The ability to constantly train and overlook staff performance within a fastpaced environment, putting the staff to work and making them accountable.
  • To follow strict mandatory processes where safety is concerned.
  • Strong sales experience and recognising sales to drive revenue.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • The successful supervisor must be able to work on a rotating roster, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
  • To serve at the front counter and lead by example, always offering outstanding customer service.
  • A problem solver and a quick learner.
  • Must have a can do positive cando attitude.
