We are currently seeking a National Internal Warehousing Manager to join our Auckland team. This full-time permanent position is based at our Glass site in Penrose.
Reporting to the National Warehousing, Metro, and Distribution Manager, you will lead the transformation of safety, service, people, and performance to reach a Best in Class (BIC) standard. The role demands strong leadership skills in managing people and fostering a positive workplace culture. It also requires high proficiency in warehouse systems, processes, and performance to drive cost efficiencies and enhance customer service levels.
You thrive on delivering solutions under pressure while earning trust and confidence from our internal stakeholders. Your business acumen, productivity, and commitment to Operations and Customer Service improvement are key aspects of this role.
Your extensive leadership and continuous improvement experience, paired with your Warehouse Operations expertise and capability to steer significant growth goals, will pave the way for your success in this position.
