Purpose of the Role

As a Store Manager at Aesop Emporium, you will be responsible for driving the success of a high-profile space, situated in the heart of Melbourne's buzzing CBD along with the support of your Assistant Store Manager and team.

Aesop Emporium is a key space in Melbourne as it hosts and continues to attract tourists visiting VIC and, local Aesop customers who live and breathe the iconic brand.

To be successful in this role, you will nurture, train and upskill your team and, identify key areas of opportunity for your business by collaborating with your Retail Business Manager who is based in VIC.

What we are looking for

Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills
