What you'll do:
As a Senior Software Developer, you will be at the heart of developing and refining web applications using cutting-edge technologies such as Angular 12+ and .NET Core. You will have the opportunity to plan and implement innovative solutions across various platforms, ensuring seamless performance and an exceptional user experience. Your role will involve close collaboration with marketing managers to develop advanced tools that drive productivity and efficiency. You will also be responsible for converting complex website specifications into actionable plans, creating visually appealing page layouts. Your expertise in SharePoint will be crucial in boosting efficiency's and maintaining the company intranet. Furthermore, you will present persuasive application enhancement concepts to various teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.

  • Lead the development and optimisation of existing Angular 12+ SPA forms to enhance responsiveness and speed
  • Plan and implement the delivery of innovative web applications across various platforms
  • Perform comprehensive testing of applications to ensure seamless performance and user experience
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers and the Digital Marketing Manager to develop advanced tools driving productivity and efficiency
  • Convert complex website specifications into actionable plans and visually appealing page layouts
  • Boost efficiency's using SharePoint and ASP.NET Core
  • Develop, support, and maintain the Company Intranet using SharePoint
  • Present persuasive application enhancement concepts to various teams
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legal requirements, including accessibility standards and privacy regulations
  • Deliver engaging staff training sessions to foster skills development

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Software Developer role will bring a wealth of experience in software development, particularly in crafting rich prototypes and applications using HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, JSON, Angular Material, and Angular/flex-layout. You will have a deep understanding of web development using .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework. Your experience with Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, and continuous development will be highly valued. Furthermore, your hands-on experience with Angular 12+, Angular CLI, reactive forms, and RxJS technology will be crucial to your success in this role. Your ability to develop and consume web services efficiently from third-party applications will also be essential.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or significant equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in crafting Rich Prototypes and Applications using HTML5, CSS3 (especially Flexbox), Typescript, JSON, Angular Material, and Angular/flex-layout
  • Deep understanding and experience in web development using .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
  • Experience working with Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, and continuous development
  • Hands-on real-world experience with Angular 12+, Angular CLI, reactive forms, and RxJS technology
  • Ability to develop and consume web services efficiently from third-party applications
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with service providers
  • Experience working with remote teams, knowledge of security standards, and scrum environments is a plus
