To create momentum and accountability to drive organic growth in the media business with Media MDs, and broader dentsu Group leadersTo find, lead and support specific pursuit intentions to reach growth and revenue targets for media and broader dentsu Group with national Executives and SLTTo upskill others in the space of growth and pursuit management, from beginning to end, and make it funWorking closely with executive leadership APAC to feed Media opportunities into the broader Dentsu roll upNavigate and support the solutions and strategy teamsLead pitch and processes where needed – RFPs, RFIs

Core responsibilities:


Cross media comms functions to understand all paths of the growth journeyManagement of the organic revenue pipeline NationallyEnsuring all reporting is tracked in appropriate tracker and in SalesforceFortnightly meetings with each state team to keep opportunities on track.

Development of a dashboard for ELT to see at a high level how we are tracking vs targetWorking with the MDs/GMs and Client Partners Nationally on growing organic revenue across our client baseEnsuring that the Media teams have a good understanding of the Dentsu offering and are able to spot opportunitiesWorking with the Media teams nationally and Dentsu agencies to build recommendations to present to clientsEstablishes and executes the growth strategy for a growth team focused on new logo and cross/up-sell to existing clientsOversees demand generation, account growth planning and proactive targeting strategy for driving pipe volumeManages a large pipeline of deal flow and enforces adherence to the standard growth methodology and adoption of Engine RoomDevelops and leverages strong working relationships with leadership to align on targeted services, strong value propositions, pricing, process and support structure to drive growthDefines budget needs for sales resources and subsequent tools and support required to generate and win new businessEnsures coordination with multiple markets, LoBs and Alliance Partnerships to grow company revenueLeads and develops a high performing Growth teamMaintains strong working relationships with influencers, i.e.
