Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Finance and Bookkeeping Admin to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, Reconciliations, and BAS preparation and administrative functions of our company.

Experience Mandatory in Xero or

MYOB:
3 to 5 Years

Location:
Sydney or Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Manage invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.

Cashflow management.

Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures and compliance.

Administration:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and compliance.

Assist with stock management and reconciliation.

Coordinate office activities and operations.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial management and administration.

Be highly competent in using Xero or MYOB, Microsoft Office suite, and processing of administrative tasks.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines & be a team player.
