ABOUT US

Diagnostic Imaging for Women (DIfW) is a specialist women's imaging centre that offers medical imaging services including: digital low-dose mammography, obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound plus a range of image-guided interventional procedures.

Located on the Queen Street Mall, close to public transport, shopping and entertainment, you will be working in a specialist practice that has been beautifully designed with high-end finishes and prides itself on offering the highest level of patient care.

The clinic has a dedicated and loyal patient following thanks to the specialist level services offered and the patient-centred approach of our staff.

Our patients frequently compliment the administrative and technical staff on the level of service and care that they provide.

Key Responsibilities

  • ABOUT THE ROLE

In this tertiary level practice we are looking for a Mammographer to join the team either on a full time, part time basis or Locum.

In mammography we run fully digital mammography suites using Hologic Genius 3D Dimensions. Our work encompasses screening, diagnostic, interventional/pre-surgical cases and second opinion/medico-legal review.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experienced mammographer (3+ years)
  • Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP) advantageous but not compulsory


 AHPRA
  • Medical Radiation Practitioner Registration
  • QLD Radiation Use Licence


 Australian residency
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Tertiary degree qualification in Medical Imaging Technology (Diagnostic Radiography)
