This is your chance to build a world-class procurement function and make a differenceYour responsibilities will include:Lead Procurement's governance and systems, ensuring best practices and compliance.

Develop and execute Procurement's Process and Governance strategy.
Be the subject matter expert for procurement systems & processes, providing training and support.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and optimizing key processes, fostering collaboration with stakeholders.


Who we are looking forWe're searching for a procurement whiz You will be an expert in eSourcing tools and workflows, with a knack for streamlining processes.

You must possess a high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including an ability to present views credibly, thoughtfully and persuasively.


You will also have:
Demonstrated experience supporting procurement systems, policies, and processes, including eSourcing tools, query management and procurement workflows.
Understanding of relevant regulations and policies related to procurement within a University context is desirable.
Demonstrated experience in implementing optimisation and automation of operational processes and workflows.

This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
