The Role:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the store's smooth daily operations, help recruit and train the team to succeed, work alongside the Restaurant Manager to provide high customer satisfaction, and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in a similar leadership position, ideally in a Hospitality environment.
  • An engaging leader with a passion for coaching and development
  • A high level of attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset
  • Hands-on leader, eager to roll up their sleeves and be in the mix.
  • Excellent communication skills; be fun, dynamic, and outgoing Attitude is everything.
