The Battery Energy Storage Consultant will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's mission of delivering reliable and efficient energy storage solutions.

This role demands a deep understanding of battery energy storage systems and the ability to provide expert consultation to clients across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities Technical Consultation:
Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and feasibility studies for battery energy storage projects.
Analyse client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to implementation and commissioning.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

System Design and Optimisation:
Utilise your expertise to design and optimise battery storage systems for maximum performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Conduct thorough analysis and simulations to identify potential improvements and mitigate risks.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project, addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with battery energy storage projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.

Proactively monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and standards governing battery energy storage systems.
Ensure that projects comply with all applicable requirements and obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders to enhance their understanding of battery energy storage technologies and best practices.

Share knowledge and insights through presentations, workshops, and technical publications.

Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, performance, and reliability of battery energy storage solutions.
Identify opportunities for innovation and research new technologies to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in battery energy storage systems, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong technical proficiency in energy storage technologies, grid integration, and renewable energy systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Project management experience, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under pressure.
Flexibility to travel as needed to support client engagements and project deployments.
