About the Role


Support the Park Manager in leading the Front Office team in the efficient and proactive operations of reception by providing excellent customer and administrative services to residents and guests.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
  • Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Take cash, credit card and debit card payments when necessary
  • Assist guests and residents with all queries and requests
  • Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
  • Conduct site tours if necessary with prospective guests / residents
  • Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents

About You

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Confident in decision making and able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive team player

  • Well organised and time conscious
  • Keen eye for detail
