The role:


We are looking for Communications and Change Specialist for a 12-month contract with a strong focus on our internal audience.

The role is key to driving culture, creating a positive employee experience, and ensuring our people are informed and engaged.

The external component of the role will focus on some of our responsible business commitments and managing specific brand and corporate PR projects.


About you:


You will have a strong internal communications exposure and be a passionate communications specialist with a strong flair for creativity, writing and with digital communications.

You will have had experience working in a similar role (3-5 years) and have exceptional talent to bring to life great internal stories and news.

Your ability to develop collaborative relationships with a range of internal/external stakeholders will be instrumental to your success in the role.

The position will report into and work closely with Head of Corporate Affairs ANZ and partner extensively with Human Resources wider cross functional teams across the business to achieve results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the GM, senior leadership team and others with message development and creative communication approaches including storytelling, thought leadership and video content.
  • Develop content for companywide events such as monthly Town Hall and the facetoface annual conference. This includes managing the agenda, overseeing messaging, creating assets (eg presentations, video), sourcing and briefing external speakers and more.
  • Partner with HR to deliver and amplify moments that matter to enhance the employee experience and our reputation as a great place to work.
