About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Coordinator to plan and schedule work, order materials, liaise with customers and provide support the Workshop Manager and wider team.


Key Responsibilities for the role

  • Coordination of work/jobs including planning, ordering and team allocation
  • Liaise with internal staff and customers
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Assist with installation and work done at customer site
  • Identify areas of potential growth to increase revenue

Skills & experience

  • Metal trades experience and Sheetmetal Trades qualification 1st or 2nd class
  • Skilled in TIG/MIG welding and polishing to a high quality finish
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Be autonomous and take accountability for providing high quality and consistency with work
