Your Role as a Store Manager:
As the
Store Manager of their
Mount Gravatt Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage daytoday operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 6 jewellery professionals.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve KPI targets.
- Uphold the brand's image through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for jewellery and an understanding of the luxury market.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging instore atmosphere.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
