Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee onsite work of multiple team leads and subcontractors on large complex sites
  • Develop and implement shortterm construction programs to monitor and report on progress against programs
  • Conduct inspections of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met
  • Collate and supply relevant documentation to support informed decision making
  • Monitor and control the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and stay within budget
  • Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and maintain necessary records
  • Review project sustainability objectives and targets to ensure compliance with Lendlease standards and local regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary and/or trade qualifications in a related technical discipline
  • Extensive experience in large complex sites and/or site operations role
  • Knowledge of construction and property development industries, project management principles, and relevant legislation
  • Expert people management skills and ability to facilitate communication with a range of stakeholders
  • Competencies in accountability, bigpicture thinking, communication, customer service, leadership, focus, judgment, team building, and problemsolving
